- 5+ years of experience in offensive security
- Multiple advanced certifications (OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, OSWE, or equivalent)
- Proven expertise in multiple domains (web, mobile, cloud, network)
- Experience leading red team engagements
- Published security research or CVEs
- Expert-level understanding of attack frameworks and TTPs
- Experience with team leadership and mentoring
Nice to Have
- CREST certified (CRT, CCT INF, CCT APP)
- Blockchain and smart contract security expertise
- AI/ML security experience
- Speaking experience at security conferences
- Open-source security tool contributions
Responsibilities

Lead complex red team and penetration testing engagements

Architect custom attack scenarios and exploit chains

Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers

Conduct security research and develop new testing methodologies

Represent Pyramid Ledger at client meetings and conferences

Contribute to business development and proposal writing
