Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in penetration testing or offensive security
- OSCP, OSCE, or equivalent professional certification
- Proven track record of discovering critical vulnerabilities
- Deep understanding of networking protocols and security
- Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
- Strong report writing and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead small projects
Nice to Have
- Additional certifications: OSWE, OSEP, GXPN
- Experience with smart contract auditing (Solidity)
- Cloud security certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Mobile application security experience (iOS/Android)
- Contribution to security tools or CVEs
